Tickled Pink Blog Hop

Welcome to Inflorescence for my day on the Tickled Pink Blog Hop hosted by Carla from Creatin’ in the Sticks. This month we explore all things PINK! For my project, I wanted to use up my scraps from a project I made for Thermoweb back in late December. I had so much fun creating my “Circle of Love” wall hanging quilt that I knew I needed a matching mini of some kind.

The full pattern and tutorial for the “Circle of Love” wall hanging can be found HERE on Thermoweb’s blog. My pillow cover is a variation of the pattern. I made my matching pillow using a 2 1/2″ circle die from Crafter’s Edge. I also didn’t add the letters or trim my side circles (as you can see in the photo below.)

A BONUS that I am sharing today is I have made a YouTube tutorial that shows you visually how to place your circles to line them up just right! I have also included mini-instructions on how to sew an envelope pillow cover in the tutorial as well.

“Circle of Love” Pillow YouTube Tutorial HERE!

You will need to visit Thermoweb’s blog to print out the main instructions. The video just shows how to apply the circles as well as how to sew an envelope pillow cover.

My “Circle of Love” pillow pairs well with my Plushie Cupcake Pillow! (Find the Plush Cupcake Pillow tutorial HERE)
