HAPPY MAIL!
Who doesn’t like happy mail? Since March I have been involved in 8 quilty swaps. Below you will find all my makes as well as the happy mail I received in return.
What is a swap?
A swap is an organized way for crafters to exchange artsy creations with each other. The swaps I join are all related to sewing in some way. Sometimes you exchange finished gifts and other times you send quilt blocks for the receiver to use anyway they like. Sometimes “extra” gifts are required and these sometimes include fat quarters, and other fun sewing notions. Other extras may include zippered pouches, pincushions, or other fun fabric/fiber creations!
Why join a swap?
A swap is a fun way to not only receive fun gifts but it can also be a place to make new friends and acquaintances. It also helps to test your skills and creativity. What your swap partner likes may not be your style. It challenges you to think and create outside your comfort zone.
