I have been working on some new patterns and I have published 2 out of the 10 I am working on. My patterns are reminiscent of some pop culture characters which will remain unnamed due to copyright. However, you may be able to tell who/what they are. You can find these patterns in my Etsy shop now. My goal is to publish a new block each week till they are all on my site. I will also have a bundle of all nine too.
These blocks are 24″ square finished so all nine of them will make an impressive quilt with borders and sashing. I am really excited about this project and I see more characters interpreted by me in the future.
The whole house loves these characters and there are 100’s of them too.
The 10th pattern I am working on is actually a whole quilt pattern. This will be my first ever whole pattern including fabric requirements etc. I am currently adding sashing and borders. I plan to have it ready to be tested by the new year by some volunteers and in my shop by spring. My pattern is called “Sweetly Spring Mugs.” It uses my popular mug pattern which I evolved into something “spring-y.” The pattern will also include other project ideas using the blocks in the pattern.
