This week on Thermoweb’s blog it’s all about Gifts for Her. That includes little girls too!
I decided to take my NUMBER ONE project, that gets the most hits on all my media outlets and downsize it to fit little ones. My Harvest Apron has the most YouTube views as well as Pinterest pins than any of my other projects COMBINED and I know why. The Harvest Apron is such a handy tool not only in the garden but around the house as well. I use mine all summer long harvesting from my garden as well as picking up around the house. I also use it in the kitchen when I am cooking and baking.
My girls are getting to an age where they like to help me both inside and outside the house. My oldest is also at an age where I can start to teach her more about how I grow my garden. I decided to make my girls their very own Harvest Aprons.
For my Little Harvest Apron, I wanted to try adding interfacing to both the apron and the lining. I plan on adding this as a suggestion to my adult size one as well. I really like the interfacing in the waistband and ties it also gives a sturdier feel to the apron, which is essential when you are trying to carry all the cucumbers and tomatoes in from the garden.

Thanks for joining me.
