For the last day of 2021 I want to do a giveaway for all my followers.

I first want to thank you. I started this blog as a way to share my creative ideas as well as stay connected during the pandemic.

For those just joining me, I started my blog back in June 2020. I was permanently laid off from my job as a Director at an Adult Day Care Center. We were already shut down due to state mandates and the company decided that they would close my location permanently. My dream of being a director was cut short but what I didnt realize was that it was actually a gift.

With my gifted time, I was able to pursue my love of all things fiber arts as well as spend so much time with my two young girls.

It has also opened doors I never thought possible, and I will begin teaching beginner pottery classes as well as painting classes at my local community arts center. I went to school for ceramics and fiber arts, and I honestly didn’t know how I would ever be able to use my skills other than a hobby. But here I am.

I have been blessed to virtually meet some amazing people through blog hops as well as be able to represent brands through my work.

I have published over 2 dozen patterns on my Etsy as well as gifted several here on my blog for you.

It is my hope to be able to continue on this creative journey in the coming year.

I have an awesome quilt pattern being release in February called Whirl & Twirl. It includes not just one but 3 patterns. The Whirl & Twirl pattern makes several scraps and I just had to include patterns that use them up beautifully.
