Trolls just want to have FUN!
My daughter Melody is in love with Trolls right now. She has probably seen the second movie 20+ times (I have listened– not watched most of them lol. But I love the music so it is ok!)
I made this block for her and I wanted to offer it to everyone to enjoy! It is a foundation paper piecing pattern. Knowledge of paper piecing required as there are no formal instructions. However, there are loads of tutorials online to help you out if you really want to try it out–that is how I learned. The block measures 12″ square finished.
This pattern works best with a dark solid Poppy and a contrasting background. My first block I used a medium pink solid for poppy with medium rainbow polka dots as the background and it didn’t work well because some of the polka dots almost matched the medium pink.
I still haven’t decided what I will turn this block into but when I do I will be sure to update this post! What would you use this block for?!?!?
