I hate to be wasteful. I have several boxes of scrap fabric from my projects. Typically, a few times a year I hunker down and trim my scraps into usable sizes like 2.5″ 5″ and even 3″ 3.5″ and 4″. What I didn’t know what to do with are sizes smaller than 2.5″. I would save them thinking I might use them for a strip quilt, but let’s be honest, I probably won’t make one. However, now I have a new way to use those pesky 2″ or smaller strips of fabric! I present to you FABRIC BEADS!
For today’s tutorial, I am going to show you how to make jewelry beads using fabric. This project is also great for kids and scout groups!
