Candy Season!

Candy season is upon us. Homecoming parades, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas all bring candy goodness!

Get ahead and make some little special treat bags for all your friends and family.

These little bags are perfect for gift or for helping spread the love if you get BOOed!

One of these bags holds an entire 12oz bag of hard candies.

Supplies:

  • 7” x 16” fabric
  • Basic sewing notions-rotary cutter, mat, ruler, sewing machine etc.
  • 2 24” ribbon/jute twine
  • Safety pin
Measure 3” in on each short end of your fabric. Snip 3/8” on marked lines.
Fold over sides and press.
Fold the top over and press. Topstitch across.
Fold fabric in half with right sides together. Sew 3/8” down each side. Trim corners and turn right side out.
Using a safety pin insert your twine.
